Gedandcaro Re: Compromised email account Lee, I have replied to your private message. regards Gedandcaro Re: Compromised email account Hi Coenoby, It is an old Blueyonder account and I cannot remember being asked to set up an alias account, especially as this one has a date of birth that is nothing like mine. I think it maybe okay, I changed all my passwords on the different sites I use when I changed my email address, so they won't be accessible. I need to get VM to use my new email address and then I will get them to delete the VM email account. Thanks for your help. Gedandcaro Re: Compromised email account Thank you coenoby for getting back to me. I used a Malware Bytes tool to check your digital footprint, it shows if your email address has been included in any data breaches and also any strange actions on your email account. My blueyonder email address shows a user name which I have no knowledge of. It also shows that my IP address is visible from that email address and also the passwords that have been compromised. Only 1 of the 3 passwords shown is one I made. It also shows 6 on line accounts that have been compromised, I have changed my passwords and email address on all of those. However I am concerened that the other person shown as using that email could cause me problems. I now only have my Virgin Media account sending regular emails to that email address, though I have given them my gmail account details as well. I hope this helps the VM staff. Compromised email account I have undertaken a digital footprint check and found that there is another user on my Virgin email account. I have their user name and date of birth, but I dont know how to get them removed from the account. Can someone in VM help me with this please? Re: My VPN keeps having to reconnect - Thank you for taking time to get back to me, it's much appreciated. I added an ethernet cable connection to my works laptop from my router and that seems to have solved it for now. Long term I will look for a supplier that can give me a stronger signal. My VPN keeps having to reconnect - I work from home and the VPN for my work keeps telling me it has to reconnect. I find that I can't access some of the sites I need through work, as the connection is taking too long. I had my router replaced on 8 November and all seemed fine, though the engineer said our signal wasn't good. The cables have a long route to get to us from the nearest box. However starting mid December the signal has been getting weaker and the problems with VPN started. We now have issues accessing IPlayer via the TV box as well. Where do we go from here, another engineer is just going to tell us the same thing, how do we get VM to provide a better signal? SolvedRe: Can't access virgin email error code FSB50 I repeated clearing my Cookie cache and saved login passwords, rebooted and it now works. Re: Can't access virgin email error code FSB50 Thanks for the advice I repeated clearing my Cookie cache and saved login passwords rebooted and this time it worked. Re: Can't access virgin email error code FSB50 Thanks for your suggestions but I don't have KAMO and CCleaner on my computer. I have cleared my Cookie cache and saved login passwords, but to no avail. I can no longer get into my general Virgin media Account either. I am not Tech Savvy so I don't know what to do next?
