I eventually got all of my virgin.net emails transferred to my virgin media email account and was provided with a temporary sign in. Whilst away on holiday there was apparently a notification that we needed to change the linking of passwords to accounts, I changed my virgin media account password to a new one , replacing the previous temporary one that you supplied me with. I received an email to say that I had successfully created my Virgin O2 ID and that I could now proceed to sign into My Virgin Media and My O2. However whenever I try to sign in, there is no email option available on the screen and/or I get a server error message from Virgin and it keeps reloading. I then receive a message to say that I have been redirected too many times. I have deleted cookies as suggested but this does not seem to have resolved the issue. Is it feasible to go back to the last temporary password that you set up please? Or is there another solution? I cannot get into my virgin media account to access my bills and emails. Hi jpeg1 - are you able to help me further please? The link you sent just takes me through to the same 'Your account is locked message' and I cannot proceed further. Thank you for your answer however I still cannot get into either of my virgin.net or virgin.media.com emails. I think that the .net email is linked to my virgin media account but am now not convinced. I fear I have since mucked things up further whilst trying to change the sign ins. I am going around in circles. Is it possible that someone could help me reset it please? On Thursday I used my virgin.net email account to send a couple of emails and as soon as I had done so I was locked out with a message saying 'Your Virgin media mail account is currently unavailable' The advice listed below was to unlock it by creating a new password from the Sign In option . Unfortunately I cannot get past the Sign in step to do so as it keeps reverting to the 'Unavailable' message. I do still have a virgin media account for my broadband and a virgin.media email but I urgently need to get into the virgin.net account which is the one I use the most. Can anyone please advise what I should do?
