Locked out of my virgin.net email without warning and cannot reset password - help!
On Thursday I used my virgin.net email account to send a couple of emails and as soon as I had done so I was locked out with a message saying 'Your Virgin media mail account is currently unavailable' The advice listed below was to unlock it by creating a new password from the Sign In option . Unfortunately I cannot get past the Sign in step to do so as it keeps reverting to the 'Unavailable' message.
I do still have a virgin media account for my broadband and a virgin.media email but I urgently need to get into the virgin.net account which is the one I use the most.
Can anyone please advise what I should do?
