It is now 6th Feb and I haven't received any subsequent emails from Virgin in the period since, and my account still says "Your Contract Has Expired". I am also about to be charged next months bill at the old rate. I do have a confirmation number that I luckily screen-grabbed from the website. Can someone help with this? Graeme Volt Billing query Question: Does the 'free' aspect of the Volt add-on expire? I just noticed the highlighted line on my bill. Does the VOLT speed upgrade come at a cost, that is only credited for a cerain period of time? I never read THAT in any small print.
