After inputting my email address and password, I get a plain red screen with the Virgin Media logo in the middle before it jumps back to the login screen. I can login on my mobile device app but not the PC Desktop app or web browser page. Thank you. I have logged into my mobile app to delete some old devices and ensure there are slots available. I cannot register the current desktop I am using without being logged in. And I can't login... Re: Virgin TV Go in web browser not working Hi @Akua_A My app seems to be logging in ok. The problem is with a windows based desktop PC. Cannot log in using Chrome or Edge, but could before account linking and even until about a week ago since. Also cannot login to Sky Sports website from same machine - get access denied on this server message that others have been getting. Re: Virgin TV Go in web browser not working I am having the identical issue - this is clearly a Virgin Media issue. I am paying for content I cannot currently access as I am away from home tonight. I have cleared cache and it not a browser issue. It has worked in the last few days, but tonight, nothing. Just will not let me log in. And yes, I completed the account ID re-register weeks ago. Re: TV breaking up [Fault raised - F011955880] Same in East Berkshire. TV breaking up ( all channels) cannot login to my virgin media or service status and customer service phone lines are down. Chat bot appears to be still online though Outage SL1 Area Complete outage in the SL1 area. Does anyone have any info as to whether more areas are affected and what the issue is? Only info from Virgin is that there is a fault and estimated fix is after 3am!
