Outage SL1 Area

Complete outage in the SL1 area. Does anyone have any info as to whether more areas are affected and what the issue is?

Only info from Virgin is that there is a fault and estimated fix is after 3am!

    You'd posted in the "chatter & natter" section of the forum which is not generally monitored - I've moved it to the broadband section.

    For local loss-of-service info, the free automated status line is the best source - 0800 5610061

    We're sorry to hear you've had some issues with your broadband. Whilst we can't offer a 100% fault free service, we do promise to fix faults as quickly as possible. 

    Checking things this end, we can see the area fault has since been resolved. How has your service been since?
