Cannot change wrong email as VM O2 ID
Apologies if this is wrong category but as others have sais the 'start discussion' button is missing from other categories. Can someone from VM private message me. After frustrated efforts to login to VM connect app my email is now wrong (dot missing) . I dont know what happened as I had a working ID i cannot change it, as it says it already exists (the one I had). Can you help, rather me spending a hour on the phone. Exactly the same here. Changed VM passwords, just in case. I can send in outlook but not receive. Primary and secondary email wont sync. I use gmail on outlook to. Wish I could scrap vm email but I have a lot of contacts tied up in them. VM should reimburse all users a goodwill payment. Thanks.1.5KViews2likes0Comments
