Hey all, As above...hoping a mod sees this... had some problems with BB - used the online system to test and after 4 hours it said lets book an engineer, did so... booking ref 22040228 took a screen shot as well, however, BB at home has since started working. I went to the webpage to click and cancel/manage an appt - but its no there can any mod check please? and cancel it as dont want to pay any fees its booked for 15/11/2024 4pm to 7pm thanks
