I mean that contract you received by email couldn’t have disappeared into the cloud, someone from Virgin must have access to it. And as long as you have everything stated into the contract, start date, end date, package and channels included then happy days. Probably that email that said that your contract is due to end it’s just an automated system one, separate from the one with your new contract. I know it’s frustrating and no one should have these issues but honestly it happened to everyone even with other suppliers (not only tv and broadband) to receive emails about an issue after that issue was solved. TNT Sports red button channels now in HD I just noticed that all channels on TNT Sports red button are now in HD. I used this option in the past for Champions League and Europa League matches and I know that only TNT Sports 5 was in HD, all the others were in SD. But luckily now they are all in HD up to TNT Sports 10. Great thing Re: TNT Sports / TV 360 upgrade Being an add-on you can cancel it anytime, as it’s on a 30 day contract which renews every month. Re: Pixelation on some channels They stopped and they were fine 10-15 minutes after I posted here. As others had the same issue it means it was a Virgin fault. Nothing to do with my cables or anything inside or outside my house. I checked the fault line and the service status page before posting and they didn’t show anything. Thanks for the answers. Pixelation on some channels Hello, does anyone else have pixelation on some channels now, like Channel 5 HD, Sky Sports Darts HD, Sky Sports NFL HD, just to name few of them? Re: How about an option in Setup to check for software updates? That pop-up message that a software update is installing when factory resetting the box it always happens when factory resetting but that doesn’t mean that is actually installing a software update. If you’re curious and when you have the time , you can factory reset it again and you’ll see the same message and that progress bar but you’ll have the same software version. Re: Sky Sports UHD And the issue is that these are quick sporadic interruptions or pixelation to the image which might not happen for half an hour and then happen again. Hard to spot if you don’t watch a channel for more than one hour continuously. Re: Sky Sports UHD I sent you a private message then in that case but I think there will be many engineer visits. Hopefully they will also help with this but I doubt it as long as there are many of us with the same issues.
