Looks as though I've been assigned or have an email address (assuming it's a NTL world address) I don't know about, so can't link my Virgin Media account to the O2 account to get in. NTLworld.com email address
Could someone please help, I'm at my wits end....... I have an old NTLworld.com email address which I still use. I have been having a few issues around it on my iPhone 16pro and decided to remove the email address and then reinstall it. I know the email address and the main password, but when trying to get the email address added to my phone, it keeps saying "Wrong username and/or password provided for "Ntlworld". I'm using the original email address and password I set up many years ago now with no issues, I just cannot seem to get this to reinstall on my iPhone, I'm pretty savvy with computers etc, but I'm getting or reading totally different stories on how to go about this. So my contract is coming to an end with Virgin Media in September, the usual run around with stuff to try and get a better deal. Currently, I have 2 x 02 volt sim cards which are costing me a fortune for very little service and the service where I live is terrible with them. I also have 1 gig speed broadband all the TV channels and Netflix HD, plus two V6 boxes in other rooms for the children as well as Anytime chatter on the house phone. Is it possible to keep everything as I have at the moment but remove the house phone and sim cards from future contract ?286Views0likes3Comments
