Now its off almost as much as it is on. If I go to Status check it says intermittent signal in your area, we're looking into it come back in 24 hours and you can book an engineer. But it's been days. It will go to 22 hours, sometimes to 13 hours, one time to 6 hours, then goes back to 24 hours. But the problem is getting worse and I can't book an engineer. The automated helpline number says there's no issues in the area. I doubt they are really looking into it because it's been the same message for weeks. Re: Need replacement V6 remote Thanks. I was hoping for free though as Virgin say they provide replacements. Need replacement V6 remote I need a replacement remote for V6 box as some of the buttons aren't working properly and it rattles inside. I tried to order one online but it keeps saying I have had one free of charge in the last 12 months so I will be charged £9.99 I'm sure this is wrong. I did get one replacement once, but I'm sure that was a few years ago. Not within the last 12 months.
