Need replacement V6 remote

I need a replacement remote for V6 box as some of the buttons aren't working properly and it rattles inside.

 

I tried to order one online but it keeps  saying I have had one free of charge in the last 12 months so I will be charged £9.99

 

I'm sure this is wrong. I did get one replacement once, but I'm sure that was a few years ago. Not within the last 12 months.

    They are much cheaper than 9.99 on Ebay

      Thanks. I was hoping for free though as Virgin say they provide replacements.

        A member of the forum team should pick this up for you in a day or two, in the meantime you could use the TV Control app which is available for ios and android devices.
