Unable to access Primary Email
I have given it well over a week before contacting. Since the Virgin/O2 ID merge/ debacle I have been unable to access my Primary Email, on my Tablet,mobile,DeskTop.When I try to access via Outlook etc I keep getting password not recognised etc. The password I KNOW was correct prior to merging of account Ive tried changing ID password to no effect. I can assess all secondary accounts no problems on all devices. I am able to access primary via MY EMAIL in vigin app on desktop but not on any devices. I am going abroard in 7 days and need to access this email account and I dont think carry a desktop computer as hand luggage will be practicably. I have been trying to access Sky Sports via my desktop its worked fine up and till the last couple of days. Can access fine on my phones but on desktop keep getting Access Denied. Ive rebooted computer reinstall app all to no avail. Access Denied You don't have permission to access "http://accounts.id.bskyb.com/sign-in/error?" on this server.
