Previously spoken to David and Paul, both of whom were great in getting my email back and running…only for it to keep locking me out every three months or so. WHY IS THIS? Why does this keep happening? Hope someone can help me get it back again. I have a payment I am making with a solicitor that has taken years and it’s going through this week…only for me to not be able to get their emails. I've tried changing my password in my account settings. I don’t want to have to use another "safety" backup email as I've run out of ones because this has happened a few times before. I just want my email to open and not say "unavailable" or "forbidden". Great, thanks Virgin, yet again. Please help, with thanks. — RB. 403: Forbidden when trying to access email Hi, Been trying to get into my NTL email most of the day after it suddenly refreshed itself to a page with a big black bold Forbidden heading and another smaller Forbidden underneath. I cannot even get the log-in page to try and change my email password. I don't know why it suddenly refreshed; I had just finished sending a mail and expected the page to revert to the usual inbox but it decided to refresh and its been "Forbidden" ever since. Help!
