I've had a look at the help section and can't see anything relevant to my problem. From monday, when I've tried to sign in to my virgin media and my virgin media emails using my usual email and password on the new sign in page, I get a message saying 'your password wasn't verified, please try again'. Can anybody help please. I haven't been able to access my emails since Monday. I have a blueyonder account and am getting the new Virgin Media/O2 sign in page. When I put my password in I get an error message which says 'Your password wasn't verified. Please try again' and I can't go any further.
