Can't access emails, password not verified

Can anybody help please. I haven't been able to access my emails since Monday. I have a blueyonder account and am getting the new Virgin Media/O2 sign in page. When I put my password in I get an error message which says 'Your password wasn't verified. Please try again' and I can't go any further. Is anybody else having this problem and if so, have you found a solution?

Any help appreciated.

  • I wish I could help but i'm having exactly the same problem as yourself and am likewise desperately scouring these forums for a solution. However as a result of this farce I shall (with my daughter's help) certainly be transferring my email provider to someone else and it'll the end of the road for VM and their £95 per month fee.
