Often when I switch on my TiVo box I am getting a no signal error on the tv even though it's on the right input About 3 minutes later the TiVo box turns off and about 5 minutes later turns on and everything starts to work I have switched off the router on several days which seems to fix it temporarily but then it does this again There has been an engineer out who changed the cables It only seems to be doing that since then. I can’t get into. Not sure if im allowed to post this but here goes On Reddit i found this Try calling second line retentions directly on this number [removed] and say you missed a call from them. Phoned George in retention team Apparently Michael filled out the wrong form that form was if you had already been contacted by the outbound team George was filling in the correct form and said i should be contacted on Wednesday every time i phone the price goes up Virgin definitely do not reward loyal customers who have been with them a long time629Views0likes0Comments
