Upgraded to 1gig and so have install a new router, since then I have problems all over the place. A gaming PC linked to the router via cat5 keeping saying there is no internet available, My daughter Samsung phone is connected to he wifi and was working, is now saying connected, no internet available, while our iphones are working fine. When I try to watch apps on my LG TV, it says the connection is unstable and won't run. My nest thermostat is connected to my wifi, but I can't control it via the app. My Eufy doorbell won't connect to it's homebase. Have tried several restarts & reboots. Beginning to wish, I hadn't upgraded. Nest Offline in App I have the same problem, it was working fine on my old router 3, changed to a router 5 and this problem has started. I connected the nest to 2.4 wifi. Re: Loss of Email - F010762348 My wife's NTLworld.com email stopped working over 10 days ago, mine & my daughter's (both ntlworld.com) are working and haven't had any problems. She is now in Australia and the problem still hasn't been fixed, I spoke to the call centre at the beginning of the week, who talked me through changing her password, this till didn't fix the problem. It saying No password provided for "NTLworld" Please go to mail account settings and enter a password. The call centre said they would put a ticket in to the tech dept, it would take 3-5 days. This would mean she will be without email for almost two weeks. she is due back in 3 weeks time, however if she can't get her emails she may miss any emails about her flight.
