Just seen this .. I find it incredible that one of the top ISP's in the UK cannot sort you or help you with over 5 million customers , VM in the UK.. 5,704,300 to be exact as audited by a popular ISP site .. phew looking at the grief and rigmarole you have endured in trying to secure an internet connection with VM maybe its better that you find another ISP !. there is only apprehension and woe here as you can see ..I hope you get sorted with VM .. make it to 5,704,301 ..good luckRe: Contract Renewal Prices
Hi John .. I received to same email ..I am keeping with the V6 ..as long as I can .. TBH in the future I believe that I will be leaving VM in the spring after being shafted and lied to over my current contract .. too costly for me to say farewell and adieu at this moment in time . Dashcam evidence to the Cops ..in the area which the incident occurred and they cover ..nothing is going to happen reporting here .. the Cops will decide if it is dangerous and take it from there .. Hi..from what I can see and learn from VM customers ..most of us will consider our little lot and it is an obvious personal decision to stay or go..best to ring retentions and see whats on offer so its the 150 or 0345 4541111 call ..early after 0800 hrs on the morning..do some research first see whats on offer from other ISP,s ... pity most do this dance with VM at end of contract time.. good luck anyway.237Views1like0Comments
