Re: Registered devices Also, works fine on Microsoft Edge so seems like a problem with Chrome Registered devices Worked fine yesterday but now when I try to watch TNT sports I am told device isn't registered although it clearly shows it in the device management. Cannot now watch until reset which is 1st September. Sky is working fine on same device. Please reset device changes Re: Verifying password Did that and problem solved. Thanks Re: Verifying password No, just gives me the option to change passwords only Verifying password I assume I am not the only one having issues. To log into my emails I now need to open the page and enter my virgin email address. Once done I go to the next page but when I enter my password I am told it is not verified and given a number showing the atempts I have left ! I then have to click 'verify another way' and log into my gmail account to receive an email from VMO2, click verify and then I can access my emails from the original page.
