Log into Virgin Media account, select 'Account Settings', then 'Virgin Media Email Settings'. You can then 'Generate new App password'. This appears to generate a seperate password without buggering up your 'proper' email password. Sorry for answering my own question 😁 Where can I find my e-mail password? Hi all, silly question time again. I need to set up a different e-mail client and obviously I need to enter my Virgin e-mail password (which if I remember rightly, is different to my VM password). Where can I find my e-mail password? If not, how can I reset my e-mail password without mucking everything up. Thanks. SolvedNew router I didn't ask for. Should I be worried? Virgin Media (bless 'um) have sent me a new router "Because you have both Virgin Media broadband and an O2 mobile plan, you’re now eligible for exclusive Volt benefits." The problem is that I haven't got an O2 mobile plan. (I was trying to sign up for an O2 account so that I could use the wifi in the coffee shop, but I'm not sure if if actually got one.) The second problem is that there are dire warnings that if I don't install the new router within 5 days that I will lose my service. What to do? (apart from wasting half a day talking to VM.) Thanks for any advice. Re: Cannot log into website - password Can you PM me please, I have the same problem. Failed to recognise my stored password and when I select 'forgotten your password' it says "Please ensure you provide the email address you use to sign in to My Virgin Media." Obviously, I am using the email address I use to log into My Virgin Media!! Thank you How do I identify connected devices in the App? Hi all, I've got a couple of devices connected to my WiFi that I don't recognise. The only information is the MAC address. These could be legitimate devices that I've connected at some time in the past, but is there any way of finding out what they are from the MAC address? Cheers.
