No internet 5th day
Does Virgin ever address any complaints about their service. 5 days without the internet only a message that an engineer is being sent . quick enough to email about price increases though. no contact email or telephone number to speak to a human.

I am unable to access my email account. I have followed the instructions to reset my password.I have given an alternative email so that I can be contacted. Its now saying that my email does not exist. Any advice please unable to talk/chat to anyone at Virgin
