ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionshelp why is it that i cant get a breakdown of my latest bill to see where the extra charges are coming from it only tells me the amount and on thje web site every tab i try keeps sending me to the help page and cant access any bill info apart from pay now, i want to know where these extra charges are from, it might be only just under £6 but i does not say where from, virgin media is really going down the toilet, if it wasnt foe the fact i have cont a time limit on my contract i would not renew the service is getting worse i have even been bombarded with fake scam calls from so called virgin to my land line when i questioned them they just hung up down the toilet not again with vm and email? I was asked to select a new email address by vm to do with authentication of my current email so i done this and now i cant access my opriginal email but only the new one i made, everytime i try to use it it will not acceot the passwords eventhough i know for a fact it still works as i can still receive them on my phone but this can be very inconvenient having to send myself an email all this crap seems to have started when i was ASKED TOO CREATED A SECOND EMAIL WHEN VM MERGED WITH 02. ALL VM SERVICES SEEM TO HAVE GON DOWN THE PAN OVER THE PAST YEAR, IVE HAD NUMEROUS ISSUES.
