why is it that i cant get a breakdown of my latest bill to see where the extra charges are coming from it only tells me the amount and on thje web site every tab i try keeps sending me to the help page and cant access any bill info apart from pay now, i want to know where these extra charges are from, it might be only just under £6 but i does not say where from, virgin media is really going down the toilet, if it wasnt foe the fact i have cont a time limit on my contract i would not renew the service is getting worse i have even been bombarded with fake scam calls from so called virgin to my land line when i questioned them they just hung up

Your bill should have a section for 'Usage charges' which shows any additional costs for phone calls, TV etc.

If you are being charged extra for phone calls (quite a regular complaint on here) it will only itemise calls above a 50p threshold.

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble viewing a breakdown of your bill. This is viewable through My VM here. Once you click on your bill, a page will load and you'll see your Bill date, followed by the overall amount due. There is then a bill breakdown which will show anything owed from your last bill, your package charges, other charges and credits and a link to your previous bill. In the your package charges section, this is further broken down and will show your bundle charges as well as any promotions &amp; discounts on the account.
