Re: 1gb running at 10% speeds with huge lag spikes The cables are fine and wouldn't have any impact on my ridiculous latency (unless i'm mistaken?) 1gb running at 10% speeds with huge lag spikes I've been experiencing persistent drops in speed on my 1gb connection where it drops to around 10% speed along with huge lag spikes that make internet usage pretty horrible. Below are some of my recent BQMs; I would appreciate it if someone could look in to this please. Re: Is my latency graph ok? My IP address had changed which is why 10-12 (and before) is all red as the BQM was obviously pinging the old expired IP address. Most of my devices are connected via ethernet. Do I need an engineer visit? Re: Is my latency graph ok? It seems my IP changed so I don’t have much to add. Is it still necessary for my hub to be in router mode or can I change it back to modem mode? Re: Is my latency graph ok? Could you give me some indication of when you will be looking in to things because I would like to be able to put my Hub back in to Modem Only mode ASAP. Thanks. Re: Is my latency graph ok? The Hub is now in router mode again. I've attached a bunch of screenshots of various things, i dont know if these are the correct stats people are wanting to see? Re: Is my latency graph ok? Which stats do you need? Re: Is my latency graph ok? The issue affects all devices, both wired and wireless. Re: Is my latency graph ok? It’s mostly stable but goes through periods of loading websites quite slowly and buffering when streaming netflix and youtube etc. Ive done multiple hard resets over the last two weeks or so with no noticeable change. Ive also recently bought a 3rd party router and put the Hub into modem mode which has also not helped. Below are screenshots from recent days.
