It appears random that I can't log in & get the error message, I have had my Nord VPN on for a couple of days with no issues. Gareth_L, you say the team are aware of the issue but are they trying to fix it? FSB50 Hi croftcoyne, I also do not use CC Cleaner or Kamo but searched my laptop just to be sure. I am also able to access my emails using Outlook. i have found that clearing my browser history, cookies & cache then shutting down my laptop then re-starting it then allows me to log in to My Virgin Media & hence my emails. I have been waiting for the error to re-occur which it has today. All week I have had my VPN on/off trying to replicate the error & it happened with the VPN disconnected. Left my laptop on & have just gone to check it again only to be asked to log in. I the got the dreaded FSB50 message. My VPN has been off for a couple of days. I am getting sick of having to clear my browsing history, cookies & cached files then reboot my laptop. I hope Bestfootie1 gets some action from Virgin/Ofcom but I am not hopeful he will. I've tried deleting cookies etc. without success then I try again & it comes up, very frustrating
