ContributionsMost RecentMost LikesSolutionsRe: Cannot access emails Having sorted the VM / O2 security out, I had the issue of getting into my emails on my phone / tablet's app. I eventually worked out that you have to generate a password via : https://www.virginmediao2.co.uk/identity/security-settings The generated password which will look like eg: tree-stop-risk-pill it will last for 10 mins. copy this password, along with the "-"s, into the app(s), it will only need to be done once. I can access my blueyonder emails via webmail, but it simply won't sync on my mobile devices. It seems whatever is going on in the background with Virgin and O2 is knackering it up for us all. I was told yesterday it will be resolved by 8am this morning. And here we are, unresolved. Virgin need to do better and look after their customers! Octopus energy Hi Why can't I get onto the octopus energy website when in virgin media wifi? I get this error : Access to octopus.energy was denied You don't have authorisation to view this page. HTTP ERROR 403 Similarly, I can't access their app properly either. I can access both when in 4G / 5G though. Thanks TBG
