Cannot access email

I have the same issue, and no-one at Virgin Media seems to either care nor want to resolve it.

    I still cant access my emails on my mobile phone and tablet app...!

    Thanks for reaching out to us, sorry hear to of the issues that you are facing with your emails. We have launched a new Single Sign on ID process, have you re-registered for this to gain access back to your email accounts?

    If not please respond to the private message that I have sent you, look out for the envelope on the top right of your web browser or if you are using a mobile device, it will be located under your profile icon.

  • I can't get my email either. Last time this happened, it went on for weeks and the help here from your advisors was worse than useless. I don't know what The Boy Green is suggesting because when I rang the helpline I was told not to bother to try anything - because there's actually a fault. So tell me please - WHAT IS ACTUALLY GOING ON? WHAT ARE YOU SUGGESTING???

  • Personally, I believe they don't want to offer email services, so they are making things as difficult as they can for users, so they switch to other email services. I have 9 email accounts set-up, work and family, and there was no issue, could easily manage them all from the master account, then they changed it all, so you have to manage individually and also needed to link a @gmail account for recovery, so if you have to use a gmail account, why have a virgin account, . They are only interested in their broadband service, they don't want to offer emails, so I think they are fixing things, so that people have to switch away

  • I can't wait to leave. Just got to spend a load of time researching the best deal. 

    The way Virgin treats their customers is, frankly, sick-making.
