Prime are all ok it’s just virgin on demand. In connected via Ethernet cable. Virgin box flickering My virgin box keeps flickering every 10 seconds. This is really starting to get to me now. I’ve changed hdmi cables I’ve changed hdmi ports and still does it. It wasn’t as bad yesterday but still there now today it’s much worse. I have 1 gig broadband so can’t be that. Any ideas? I’m going mad Re: Virgin box flickering How do you reboot the box. Unplug? Is that the only way? Re: Virgin box flickering Me too last night it was every 30 secs now it’s every 10 secs. Also my sound went off too I had to turn the box off and on. Is there a way to restart these boxes without having to unplug it. Re: 360 Box Output Flickering I have just noticed mine is flickering too. I’ve just started watching on demand in the last month. Every program I watch the screen flickers every 15 - 30 seconds. It’s very annoying. I too have used 3 other hdmi cables. The engineer was here only a few days ago. Second box not working I recently had a flood in my kitchen. This is where my second v6 box is located. It was in my bedroom. The cables are still there in my bedroom. I contacted Vm to ask advice and they told me all I have to do is plug the box back in to the bedroom. I have done this. I have a perfect wifi connection. However I have an error code cs2004. I can’t get any of my tv channels at all but can watch all of the on demand services. I’ve been waiting to speak with Vm In this stupid and pointless WhatsApp messaging service because the chat is never on. Can someone please help. I’m sure there should be another cable plugged in to this box. I know my old sky system was just plug and play and didn’t require anything other than the hdmi and power cable but virgin are obviously not the advanced. Please help I’m at my wits end and posting for a service I’m not receiving. Re: Password keeps saying incorrect Yes I’ve done that over 100 times. It seems to be the answer for ever single fault with you guys. I’m fed up with this rubbish Broadband that I’m paying for. It’s crap. At least 3/4 times a week it keeps saying wrong password. I k ow the password and it’s not wrong. I’ve also reset the router and checked all cables and did all the other rubbish that you keep telling us to do AND still I get it. I e been out all day and just come back home and it’s happened again. I have used hundreds of gigabytes of me my EE data because of this rubbish virgin router. I’ve got router 4 and it is rubbish. I want something done about this now. Worst wifi / Broadband I’ve ever had. I’m getting fed up with it. Re: Hub 5: Our first ever WiFi 6 broadband router Please please please please give me this hub to trial. I am fed up with this hub 3. It cuts off constantly even when I’m sitting in the same room as the hun I have to use my 4g and so does my family. We are fed up with it. Paying for no service. Please let me trial it.
