Virgin box flickering

My virgin box keeps flickering every 10 seconds. This is really starting to get to me now. I’ve changed hdmi cables I’ve changed hdmi ports and still does it. It wasn’t as bad yesterday but still there now today it’s much worse. I have 1 gig broadband so can’t be that. Any ideas? I’m going mad

    Me too last night it was every 30 secs now it’s every 10 secs. Also my sound went off too I had to turn the box off and on. Is there a way to restart these boxes without having to unplug it.

    How do you reboot the box. Unplug? Is that the only way?

    If your V6 is flickering watching live TV then you might need to check your coax connections, that's the live TV feed it doesn't use your broadband. I see you asked on the other thread how to reboot your V6, if you turn it off at the plug wait for about a minute and then turn it back on.

    If that doesn't fix it you can either call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.

    When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.
