I find the problem is doing this now the VM banner obscures the bottom 20% of the screen making it a much poorer experience. I can’t believe this is a TiVo copyright feature so not sure why that can’t disappear after a few secs as before. Netflix with Virgin In a moment of weakness I clicked through one of those SMS’s you get offering an upgrade to next tier of broadband for a small additional payment. I selected the appropriate option, noting going a further jump was marked ‘new contract’. Having done this and ticked the appropriate box in the link I was sent I now get a ‘thanks for making those changes’ added - my next BB level removed - Netflix with ads So where did I lose Netflix? I presume Netflix is still offered with new bundles? I note I still have right to cancel as this has only just arrived I haven’t had anything from Netflix to say it’s changed but I will be exercising my right if it does. Re: 360 low bandwidth I’m fairly certain wasn’t an error code, something along the lines of low bandwidth is preventing you playing this programme - which was recorded not streaming Re: 360 low bandwidth I just referenced V6 to confirm I had a box with a hard drive, but I get what you mean 360 low bandwidth I’ve been using 360 software on a previous V6 box for 18 months or so, but just something been happening recently confused me. I have had a few error messages preventing me playing recordings recently due to low bandwidth. As the recordings are held on the local drive within my box this has puzzled me. I’ve done the old restart the hub and box trick and everything works again but as I say was a bit surprised this would have an effect. Re: TV 360 Questions Just to add if you have a series link recording either in your actual or planned recordings if you go onto the programme and go to the pencil icon (I think it’s a pencil lol) and click it will give you the option to change the recording options. Personally I use new episodes only the majority of the time. I agree it is slightly annoying that I have to remember to do this whenever I set a new series link, even though it’s 2nd nature to me now. Re: Has the Home Screen changed ? Looks like a ‘bug’ to me! My Home Screen behaving the same and the advert is a different one today which says scroll down to subscribe - but there is no ability to scroll Re: Permanent red light It's the power light I think, I have two boxes , on the other this light turns white when coming out of standby. Like I say everything seems to work, just a bit strange. Permanent red light I’m using a V6 box with 360 software. I’m just curious to be honest, on one of my boxes the light is permanently red regardless of the state. I can’t see that I have any issues, everything is working as I expect but wondering why this might be. Re: Renewed but change to Netflix I wasn’t out of contract, I renewed early (instead of Jan 25). As an aside anyone else amused that e-mail notifications about activity on forum posts go into the spam folder on the VM email client. Does make responding slow,
