But now you've pointed out I'm in a section where the Forum Team doesn't comment (I didn't choose that section) it would seem best for me to start the discussion all over again under a new category such as Managing Your Account. I keep being signed out of the Community For weeks now, despite always ticking "keep me signed in", I am being logged out about every hour most days. It is really tiresome because when signed out I don't get notifications for posts and have to constantly check for new ones. I know from a previous thread that many other people are similarly affected so something should have been done by now - it is a serious flaw in the Community set-up. Please note, I've cleared cache/cookies several times and it makes no difference. I've also tried changing browsers (my preferred one is Firefox but I have also tried Chrome and Edge) and it makes no difference - the problem is the same. As for the "community admins", I said 17 days ago that "No member of the Forum Team has taken any interest in this issue.". And that remains the case. I was definitely wrong to mark the problem as Solved because today I'm suddenly back to being signed out every hour or so! When I originally started this discussion my experience was the same as yours, but eventually there was a big improvement. But I still have to sign in once or twice a day. Client 62 seems to have missed the point of this thread. If you read his link (which is entirely written by Virgin) it says "Our state-of-the-art filter will help keep your My Virgin Media email account clear of malicious spam". What nonsense! The filters are rubbish, and everyone knows it (or so I thought).
