The Domain Name System (DNS) reported that the recipient's domain does not exist. I can log into my email as normal and can send from the account. Anyone else having this and any ideas and when it might be fixed? [Mod - title edited to add fault ticket] SolvedRe: Email locked out Which is the right twitter account for them? I can't find one that has anything from today. Re: Where is the search in the new OX mail interface? Ah I've been switched back. Maybe it was a premature change (there was a VM email tour so obviously will happen) as trying to compose an email just hung. Please make sure there is a search before changing back! Where is the search in the new OX mail interface? I have been "upgraded" to the new OX mail web page. Apart from it not showing as many emails in the list which is suboptimal, I can't find a search button anywhere which obviously makes it very unhelpful. Am I missing something? Re: Loss of Email - F010762348 Yup I'm in now but only have 2 emails from lunchtime. there are loads missing (and some important ones that I happen to know of)! Re: Loss of Email - F010762348 I still can't get webmail to work but I had a couple of emails come through on my phone just now but only from this afternoon which is suspicious. I hope that haven't lost all the recieved email during the outage!
