Ah I've been switched back. Maybe it was a premature change (there was a VM email tour so obviously will happen) as trying to compose an email just hung. Please make sure there is a search before changing back!

No in fact you were never upgraded.
OX app suite is the underlying system that Virgin Media uses to deliver their email webmail service. So effectively you use it every time you use the VM webmail service.
Just to explain that:
When you access VM webmail you are actually going via the OX app suite but you are normally re-directed to the various Virgin Media branded screens.
Sometimes that process fails and you end up seeing the native OX screens instead of the VM ones. That is reported quite regularly on this forum.
It is usually caused by a corrupt VM cookie stored in your browser. In future if you get the OX app screens come out of VM email and then delete any cookies in your browser that relate to Virgin Media mail. That usually resolves the problem.
