Here's my description of the issue: Pause a live program for a while (TV360 allows a longer pause than TiVo allowed) and whilst paused, the next scheduled program starts. You press play, and after a few minutes the program loops back to a prior point without warning. Brain eventually connects and says "Haven't I seen this already?!" so you ffwd to find where you were and it loops again, and again... Very frustrating, and to me at least, clearly a bug. Seen across 2 different TV360s (we have 3) Anyone else experienced this have a fix or workaround? Re: WiFi Pods Here's mexperience with pods. 2 pods both ethernet connected to Hub5. We are hghly dependent on WiFi as we have minimal 4g and no 5g, so require good WiFi calling on our mobiles. With the pods it was absolutely unusable. I sent them back and invested in a 3 pack of Tapo BE65 and have had no issues at all. Re: SilentGard Just had a leaflet (HP0520 - SKU10013850) for the phone line digital switchover, still has reference to silentgard.com Re: Virgin Media top bundles now include Netflix Here's the email I received. I'll take a look at rhe link and see if we can extract any way to help those without emails. Re: Virgin Media top bundles now include Netflix I recently swapped from Ultimate Oomph to Volt Maxit or whatever it is called. Regarding Netflix, I let my subscription expire a few weeks ago (end of Sept '22). When the new Volt contracted started, same day Ingot the VM Netflix email. I followed the "already a member" link and signed in with my existing Netflix details. In NF under billing it says VirginMedia. I retained existing profiles and viewing history. Note: my VM and NF email addresses are the same. Don't know if that makes any difference, but seeing the process first hand now I don't see why it would. Re: Virgin Media top bundles now include Netflix I canceled my direct NF subscription today so I could add it to my VM account. I've been told incorrectly that I WILL get the free subscription - when I went through the process, I was greeted with prices that are £2/month more than subscribing direct (where Premium UHD package is VM=£15.99/m v NF=£13.99/m) So, are paying customers subsidising the "free" new subscriptions?
