A V6 is what I need as, if I understand you correctly, that doesn't need to connect to the internet hub. Instead I have a new 360 which I can't use. Looks like I have to contact 'customer service'. Re: V360 Box and Wifi Hello Steven_L The WIFI is very poor in the front room where the TV is. I fear that if I attempt to connect I will commit myself to a system I cannot use. I am deciding whether to buy a 40 foot ethernet cable but at the moment I am afraid of 'updating and losing the old box (which is very old and outdated but at least it works). I am confused as to whether I qualify for WIFI boosters that roy247 mentions. This is an old flat with one or two thick walls!! V360 Box and Wifi I chose to move to a V360 on a free upgrade but now realise I might not be set up for it. Our TV is in the front room and the internet Hub is right at the back. The Wifi - although labelled as very powerful does not reach the front and we do not really want to run a 40 foot ethernet cable so does this mean we cannot use the box? I had assumed it would run from the cable that the last one ran off. Obviously I should have read up on this before ordering but I am now worried that I may be expected to use equipment that will not work. Re: TNT Sports removed from package This has happened to me too. The website clearly stated that I could renew my contract and receive exactly the same service. The renewal confirmation email told me that TNT Sports had been removed. I had TNT, I renewed on the same terms and then suddenly didn't have it. A total farce. I also didn't think to take a screen shot so have no way to prove anything. Re: TNT Sports missing I am assuming that this is happening to me too. When I renewed my contract online a couple of weeks ago I chose to have what was described as 'exactly the same services' (or similar wording). When I got the confirmation it said TNT Sports removed but I had "Triple Sports" so I assumed/hoped that TNT was within that. From reading the complaints on here I now assume that is not the case. I fully expect TNT to disappear when the contract changes over in a couple of weeks. It is outrageous to say it is just the same and then remove something - really underhand. If you are removing something then say so when someone is making a decision rather than saying it is the same and then people finding out in the confirmation once they are committed to another 18 months. Re: Log in to Sky Sports failing I have had this same problem since yesterday. Sky Sports works on my tablet but on my PC, after going through the log in process, I am simply returned to the page I started on. No error messages are given. It seems to accept my details but then just doesn't log me in. I use Google Chrome and have not previously ever had this particular problem.
