As I would like to keep V6 box as it is for time being. Got a 360 remote today after receiving the email & thought it was mandatory to do it. I realise now it isn’t & just found out if you don’t do it manually it automatically does it in 5 days. I don’t want to do it as got loads of recordings I want to watch but can’t currently watch em & a bit disappointed in the 360 negative picture quality reviews I have seen too. Awaiting retentions call Hi I gave my 30 days notice end of July & have done this for a few years to get a better deal & always had a call back within a week or so from your retentions staff who can give the best deals & have always got an acceptable offer, which has been taken up. I am currently due to leave on August 29th. Not had any contact from anyone yet, which is strange, could you facilitate this please, as always had a great result when posting any issues on here previously. This household has been a customer for 30 years & spent about £50k with you, which is a lot of money tbh. It was in my dad’s name up until he sadly passed away 18 months ago, so I took it over as lived here too & paid the bill anyway. I am quite angry & disappointed tbh as it seems that amount of time & expenditure & being a loyal paying customer doesn’t count for much. Until we saw Martin Lewis show about retentions we just keep on paying & paying top whack for the service for years. Tv on the go not working since account changed over to me Hi I took over my dad’s account in November, as he sadly passed away in October. I got to keep existing email address & password & tried the virgin on the go app which allows me to login but I can’t watch anything for some reason. It comes up shared account when I have logged in too?? I Created me as a user but still nothing works. I recently went away & took my iPad to watch live football on & this is when I found out out it won’t work. It was fine when dad was here & before account switched to me. I assume it’s something your end as I can’t do much more my side. Thanks
