Awaiting retentions call
Hi I gave my 30 days notice end of July & have done this for a few years to get a better deal & always had a call back within a week or so from your retentions staff who can give the best deals & have always got an acceptable offer, which has been taken up. I am currently due to leave on August 29th. Not had any contact from anyone yet, which is strange, could you facilitate this please, as always had a great result when posting any issues on here previously. This household has been a customer for 30 years & spent about £50k with you, which is a lot of money tbh. It was in my dad’s name up until he sadly passed away 18 months ago, so I took it over as lived here too & paid the bill anyway. I am quite angry & disappointed tbh as it seems that amount of time & expenditure & being a loyal paying customer doesn’t count for much. Until we saw Martin Lewis show about retentions we just keep on paying & paying top whack for the service for years.
