Tv on the go not working since account changed over to me
Hi I took over my dad’s account in November, as he sadly passed away in October. I got to keep existing email address & password & tried the virgin on the go app which allows me to login but I can’t watch anything for some reason. It comes up shared account when I have logged in too?? I Created me as a user but still nothing works. I recently went away & took my iPad to watch live football on & this is when I found out out it won’t work. It was fine when dad was here & before account switched to me. I assume it’s something your end as I can’t do much more my side. Thanks
