At the bottom of the sky sports app, you get the option to watch. Click on it and you'll get all the options same as the TV 360 sky sports app. I've just checked and there are multiple options at the moment. Can't press option 4 etc any more. You have to answer questions. Anyway after 48 minutes, I got offers of £110 for same as now, £132 without sports and movies etc. Finally through to retention team, asked to get to my budget price and she delivered...
