I guess I'll just have to be patient for a bit longer to see if the TNT Sports Add-on eventually gets activated. Just to confuse the situation further I have just received an email from VM. Content is as below. As you can see they have not recognised the inclusion of the Add-on and are indicating that there have been no changes. This contradicts the earlier email which confirmed the inclusion of the TNT Sports Add-on and the new monthly charge resulting. I'm loathe to do it but I think I'll have to call to sort out what is going on. Will wait a week or so before taking the plunge TNT Sports Add-on not working With the demise of Eurosports 1 & 2 at the end of February I have been scrambling to finbd the least expensive option to continue following live cycling events on the Virgin Media TV selection. I refuse to pay almost £40 a month to Discovery+ for a host of sports that I don't follow just to access cycling coverage. After some digging , I established that I could choose TNT Sports as an "Add-on" to my TV package for an additional £18/month. This was claimed to give me access to the previousl output that was offered by the Eurosports channels. Yesterday I went online and signed up for the Add-on and thereafter I received an email from VM summarising my order with an order reference number for the Add-on and the new monthly cost for this package. TNT Sports was listed under that order in the Add-on section. The email signed off with the words "Enjoy your new services" Trouble is I can't enjoy them as the TNT Sports group is still Greyed out in my channel list and is stating that I need to upgrade if I want to watch any of the 4 channels. I did do a reset on my V6 box but that didn't do anything. Is there likely to be a delay in these channels being available or have I got to do something else to "unlock" access. Strada Bianche coming soon so want the service to watch that. Hub3 Router and WiFi pods Recently re-negotiated my package with Virgin and now have the Volt M500 broadband package through a Hub3 WiFi router. From a recent email from Virgin, I understand that with my Volt package, I am entitled to have at least one WiFi pod to help extend the coverage of my WiFi signal. What I can't establish is whether these pods will work with my Hub 3 router or will the router need to be upgraded. Also how do I go about getting one of the extender pods and are they easy to set up?
