I've just had an offer to upgrade but not I'm not interested, mainly because I'm blissfully happy with my current box and I don't fancy losing my precious recordings. My direct debit due for payment today, 27 January, by direct debit. However, I noticed that the money appeared as having left my bank account sometime between 7:29pm and 11:15pm yesterday, the 26th with the 27th showing as the date of transaction. This hasn't happened before in all my time with VM - any thoughts?
