Virgin Media Connect app The Virgin Media Connect app is supposed to let you scan each area of the house to check the signal. But, when I scan, the app says I'm not at home! On Google Play, this is the Virgin Media's response: "If you have made any changes to your network such as splitting or renaming your SSID's or the passwords the app will look to optimise this. All of the SSID's and password matching is the best way for seamless connection." Both SSIDs (2.4GHz & 5GHz) have the same name and password. Pray, tell me which way to go from here? Re: TV Control app I accidentally blundered into a solution. Trying to access the TV guide via my PC seems to have completed the process - now working on the phone. VM needs to check that. TV Control app I tried to open the app tonight. I was invited to log in which set in train an unending loop of logging in and verification emails. As soon as a successful verification concludes, I'm taken straight back to logging in again which kicks off the whole verification process again and again and again. Help! Re: TV 360 Upgrade Yikes! I've had a box fail before and lost recordings so I know the pain. Hopefully the V6 will live a long life.
