I have a sub account email address, which my wife uses. She is now having difficulty logging in, because of the shenanigans caused by the tie-in with 02, and the need for second factor authentication. She is vehemently opposed to giving her mobile phone number to Virgin, however that seems to be the only way now to log in to her email. Is that correct? If so, this is just going to push us away from Virgin and we will start using other email providers from now on. I'm all for security, but it needs to be balanced and if people don't want to give out their phone number then they shouldn't have to. jra505 Re: Cannot log into Email using Web Browser I got it to work from home, and on my phone (using the browser as opposed to the email app), but I cannot get it to work from my work PC - it just keeps returning me to the log in page. I'm going to assume that it is a firewall issue with my work network. Cannot log into Email using Web Browser Hi, I can get my email using the Android app on my phone, but I cannot access it using a web browser on a PC. If I head to mail.virginmedia.com, and enter my email address, I just get taken to the Virgin Media home page. If I try to log in to email from there, I just get taken to a FAQ. What is going on? jra505 Move outside grey box approx 2 feet Hi, I am having some building work done, which involves widening our front door - unfortunately, the grey virgin box is on the bit of wall which is going to be knocked out to make the door way wider. It just needs moving by a couple of feet, to be slightly further along the same wall. I have read that this can be done by a Virgin engineer for £25 - is that true? Thanks, jra505
