Cannot log into Email using Web Browser

Hi,

 

I can get my email using the Android app on my phone, but I cannot access it using a web browser on a PC. If I head to mail.virginmedia.com, and enter my email address, I just get taken to the Virgin Media home page. If I try to log in to email from there, I just get taken to a FAQ.

 

What is going on?

    Hi

    I have been unable to access my email on app or browser for almost 48 hours. Problem with accepting my VM password and advised there is a major system problem with VM02 identity transition. No word of this on VM site. All is well apparently!  Customer service unable to help. Very frustrating. My wife's VM email is working fine. Very frustrating. Don't know what else I can do.

    Sorry to hear of your concerns with your email access. Are you able to sign in to your My Virgin Media online account from here?

    Follow any steps that come up to register/merge any MYO2 account you may have, and keep us posted with how you get on.
