When I did manage to answer one, I wasn't able to understand properly what the call was about -due to a combination of my poor hearing and the lady's accent. Can anyone suggest what the call would be about? Is that number used for sales or service? Thanks. SolvedRe: Loss of Email - F010762348 I finally started to get emails this morning around 09:45. I didn't change any passwords - account or mail settings - as I could send emails, but not receive. My iphone stopped prompting me for an IMAP password and my PC stopped asking for the POP3 password. The status checker page has now moved the time from 16:00 {2023-06-20] to 20:00. And no, I haven't received any text updates. You might find that your Virgin Media Mail isn't working at the moment. We are sorry and working hard to restore your Mail service as quickly as possible." [Also states that the TV picture freezing problem is due to be fixed by 26 June].
