cancelling an O2 phone contract

Virgin now only seem to do bundles of services. In order to get the discounts I have to keep my 02 sim, which is so expensive. What will happen if I go into an 02 shop and cancel that part of my bundle? My renewal of £74 doesn't include the £12.75 mobile anyway. Puzzled!

I just rejoined o2 as better offers for vm.

But did it via 3 party offers site not directly with o2

I am so sorry that you have faced an issue with your deal, if the current offer is a Volt deal then an O2 SIM is needed as part of this, but if the SIM was not agreed as part of the deal, it was an already existing SIM, then you can chat to O2 to discuss a better offer that may be more suitable for your needs.
