Wifi blackspot - ordering WiFi pod?

I have a volt account. Downloaded virgin and found wifi blackspot . How do I get the free wifi pod. Says app will verify but no joy.

How do I acquire my free pod. Very frustrating.

Sorry to hear you are having an issue ordering the Pod.
I'd like to investigate this for you and get one sent out.

Hi. I'm in exactly the same position. Looks like this is common for all Volt customer. You offer free Pods but have setup no way to actually order them. I am getting <20Mbps is some of my bedrooms.
