WiFi pods not working after upgrade

Hi, I have just upgraded my contract to volt 250. Previously on 125 with a single WiFi pod working ok ish. Second pod never worked from delivery. The upgrade has kicked in and I have circa 250 ish speed at the hub already - but my WiFi pod has dropped out completely - back to flashing white light. 

so whilst one room has great speed I now have less WiFi in the house - which is frustrating to say the least.

Will this fix itself - or do I need an engineer again?

I'm sorry to hear you're having some problems with your service since making changes to your package. For clarity, if you have made a change to your equipment, or we've swapped this out, then your Pod may no longer be paired.
