Volt boost (again)

Can anyone tell me what speed is shown on your contract?

Mine states M250 but VM swear blind I signed up for M125 boosted to 250 even though 125 was never discussed when I signed up.

Two hours on line with them and they would not budge.

Apparently the boost was applied the instant broadband was activated which I find highly dubious.

Also, on the My Virgin media account page and the app doesn’t show any Volt branding or any indication of speed or the fact that I have an O2 sim.

The whole account seems to be a mess.

I'm not a Very Insightful Person (just a little bit, sometimes). I don't work for Virgin Media (but then nor do any of the offshore customer service agents).

Welcome to the community forums 

Sorry to hear of your concerns with your package and speed. I've not been able to locate you on the systems at our side. 

Are you able to see what is showing on your online account under the 'My package' section, if you've Volt benefits already applied, it should show as how Cardiffman282 has kindly shown. If not, can you advise how long ago you were installed and your services went live?
