I wonder if anyone can help. I’ve got O2 and virgin but are not receiving the double broadband speed I’m receiving the volt o2 data speed. I’ve tried to contact virgin media and spoke to a lady who told me to speak to O2 about volt benefits then guess what I managed successfully to contact o2 and  guess what told me I had to speak to virgin. I’ve tried going through the  virgin app when I click on that supercharge my vault, I always get it. Oops something went wrong. This has been happening for weeks. Does anybody have any idea of what I can do. Thanks for any help
